Payment Policy
Unless other arrangements are made in writing between both parties, all projects at HP Web Solutions require 30% deposit prior to their initiation (phase one), 40% after client approves the design of the website (phase two), and the remaining 30% due upon launch of the website (phase three). Launch of the website includes the client’s signature stating that they are satisfied with the website. HP Web Solutions owns all project's digital and non-digital materials created by HP Web Solutions until payment is received in full. Full payment is due upon project completion, and must be made by cash, check, money order, or credit card (subject to a 3% processing fee). All prices are listed in United States currency. Returned checks subject to a $35 penalty fee.

First payment is due upon execution of the agreement

Second payment is due upon the written approval of the design specifications.

Third and final payment is due upon signature approval of the completion of the website.
Development Policy

HP Web Solutions reserves the right not to accept projects that promote racism, pornography, or anything that is of objectionable content.

Websites created by HP Web Solutions must have the statement “Website designed by Hp web Solutions” or small logo which links to Hpwebsolutions.com placed at the bottom of the homepage. The choice of the statement or the small logo is the clients.

HP Web Solutions reserves the right to include in our portfolio any projects created or developed by us.

Design of the website (phase three) is presented as full sized .gif files with no functionality added.

Upon the presentation of the design to the client by the web designer, the client has a seven (7) working days “review period” to review the website and request any small changes. Client gets one seven day “review period” to request changes and then must wait until the website is completed and paid for to request additional changes which will be billed at an hourly rate. Failure to communicate changes with the web designer within the seven day “review period” implies consent and the remaining 30% owed for the launch of the website becomes billable.
Limitation of Liability

HP Web Solutions will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue or profits, arising in connection with the projects that we developed.

HP Web Solutions reserves the right to delay or stop any project development for any reason without liability. HP Web Solutions will notify the client immediately of any changes of project development status, and make appropriate arrangements. If a stoppage in development is caused by HP Web Solutions, the client will be refunded the deposit minus any billable hours.
Project contents
All digital and non-digital materials supplied by the client to HP Web Solutions for project development must be, either owned by the client or given copyright permission for publication. HP Web Solutions is not responsible for copyright infringements found on these materials.
Cancellation of project development
A request to cancel project must be made in writing to HP Web Solutions and include the signature of the authoritative client. HP Web Solutions will charge for the number of hours accumulated in project development before the cancellation request is made.
Pause in project development
A request to pause project development must be made in writing to HP Web Solutions and include the signature of the authoritative client. The delay will not exceed a period of 30 days. Unless other arrangements are made between both parties, HP Web Solutions will assume any delay requested by the client that exceeds the 30-day period a cancellation, and hence will charge for the number of hours accumulated in project development before the request to pause is made.
